Here is a simple recipe that young kids will be able to make by themselves. This is also a great recipe to use to introduce preschool kids to the art of cooking. Preschool kids can help wash fruit and put it in the blender and turn it on.
Kids if you haven't used a blender before, be sure to ask your parents about how to safely and correctly use a blender before trying this recipe.

Last April my daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and Celiac Disease. She spent the entire week of her 3rd birthday in the hospital! I felt awful! The past few months I have had a craving. I indulge in this snack at least once a day, sometime up to three times. With all of this snacking, I have had plenty of time to reflect on it. I have decided that it is the perfect snack for just about EVERYONE!
