I have decided to start posting recipes to help those who are parents of children with celiac disease. I am not the type of mom who uses tons of expensive flour and xanthum gum. I do occasionally put rice flour or cornstarch in dishes, but other than that I try to avoid flour completely. So as I come across recipes that are successful and yummy I will try to post them here so you will have a collection of dishes to make out of "regular" food. The past few months I have had a craving. I indulge in this snack at least once a day, sometime up to three times. With all of this snacking, I have had plenty of time to reflect on it. I have decided that it is the perfect snack for just about EVERYONE!
