Here is a simple recipe that young kids will be able to make by themselves. This is also a great recipe to use to introduce preschool kids to the art of cooking. Preschool kids can help wash fruit and put it in the blender and turn it on.
Kids if you haven't used a blender before, be sure to ask your parents about how to safely and correctly use a blender before trying this recipe.

I have decided to start posting recipes to help those who are parents of children with celiac disease. I am not the type of mom who uses tons of expensive flour and xanthum gum. One of my hobbies (other than crocheting, of course) is gardening. I like both the flowers and the vegetables. We planted quite a large vegetable garden this year, and right now we are dealing with potatoes.
Potatoes often go bad at my house, if I simply try to store them. So I decided I was going to try freezing them. I had heard that ...Read Full Post »
